Landlord SMS program

Landlord SMS is operated by RNS Management Group LLC as part of Landlord. It enables property managers to send and receive operational SMS and MMS with tenants, vendors, and other property contacts about an existing lease or property relationship.

Examples include rent and payment reminders, maintenance scheduling and updates, move-in/move-out instructions, access coordination, and replies to tenant inquiries. Messages are sent only by the property manager from the Landlord inbox—not for purchased lists, cold outreach, or promotional blasts.

• Message and data rates may apply.
• Message frequency varies based on your tenancy or property-management activity.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to cancel SMS/MMS from that sender thread.
• Opt-in again: Reply START or UNSTOP after opting out.

• We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Receiving text messages is optional and is not required to complete a lease, rental application, payment, or any transaction with your property manager. You may use Landlord and your property manager's services without opting in to SMS.

• Inbound text: Send a message to your property manager's published number to start or continue an operational conversation.
